Pilot Launches Nationwide Campaign

The Pilot Pen Company has just unveiled details of a major nationwide advertising campaign and promotional roadshow in support of its best selling BegreeN range of recycled writing instruments.

The comprehensive marketing campaign will also involve end-user promotions, direct mail, website promotion, advertising and PR activity in regional newspapers, education, business to business and lifestyle magazines.

BegreeN Consumer Roadshow
Pilot's nationwide BegreeN Roadshow runs from 10 April - 10th May and will visit 20 mainline railway stations and shopping centres around the UK.

The BegreeN Roadshow will reach approximately 15 million consumers and invite over 100,000 participants to put to the test Pilot's BegreeN product promise that all products in the range have the same look, writing feel, quality and price as their non-recycled counterpart.

Visitors can also pick up a free G-Knock rollerball sample, product literature and will have the chance to win an Amazonian rainforest holiday.

National Press Advertising
Pilot is backing its BegreeN Roadshow with a high profile national press advertising campaign. The advertisement, pictured here, promotes the brand's key benefits and is aimed at consumers with a sense of environmental responsibility. The campaign is set to dramatically increase awareness and demand for Pilot's award winning BegreeN products.

Designed to coincide with the start of the BegreeN Roadshow the campaign targets 9 national newspapers including: The Daily Mail, Daily Telegraph, The Guardian, The Independent, The Times, INdependent on SUnday, THe Observer, Sunday Times and the Sunday Telegraph.
